KheloMitra is a skill-based real-time multiplayer quiz competition application. Participation is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

2 Information We Collect

To provide secure authentication, matchmaking, leaderboard calculation, and wallet coin ledger operations, we collect the following data:

• Phone Number: Collected during login for SMS OTP (One-Time Password) verification and secure session restore.
• Profile Information: Username, date of birth (to verify legal 18+ eligibility), and optional profile avatar photo uploaded by you.
• Financial & Transaction Records: In-app coin balance records (Purchased Coins, Winning Coins, Bonus Coins), room contest entry fees, prize distribution records, and payout claim identifiers (e.g., UPI ID / Bank account details provided during prize redemption).
• Gameplay & Score Data: Quiz answer selections, time taken per question (in milliseconds), leaderboard ranks, match wins/losses, and game room interaction history.
• Device & Integrity Information: Device model, OS version, and anti-fraud telemetry (such as root/emulator detection and screenshot prevention flags) to ensure fair play across all contests.

3 How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To verify your identity via secure SMS OTP and authenticate login sessions.
• To create, manage, and match players in real-time quiz game rooms.
• To maintain transparent, tamper-proof wallet balances and ledger transactions.
• To calculate fair, real-time leaderboard scores based on answer accuracy and response speed.
• To process valid winning coin redemption and claim requests.
• To enforce Fair Play Policies, prevent automated bots, multiple accounts, cheating, and fraud.
• To provide timely customer support and dispute resolution.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or data brokers.

We only share data with essential service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

• SMS Gateway Providers: To deliver one-time login verification codes (OTPs).
• Cloud Infrastructure & Database Services: Secure backend servers (Hostinger, Google Firebase Firestore) to store encrypted profile and transactional records.
• Payment & Payout Gateways: Authorized financial processors for coin packages and withdrawal fulfillments.

We retain your account data for as long as your profile remains active on KheloMitra. In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
