1. Using KheloMitra

These terms govern your use of the KheloMitra app and website. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this page. You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in quiz contests. Use the platform only where participation is permitted by applicable law.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and OTPs secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Coins and rewards

Purchased Coins are acquired for use within the app. Winning Coins are earned through eligible quiz results. Bonus Coins are promotional rewards subject to the rules displayed in the app. These balances are recorded separately.

Eligible withdrawal requests are subject to the minimum balance, verification requirements and withdrawal rules displayed in the app. Participation does not guarantee a win or reward.

4. Quiz rooms and fair play

Review room entry fees, capacity and quiz settings before joining or creating a room. Scores and rankings are determined by the platform's quiz rules, including answer accuracy and response time.

Automated scripts, multiple accounts used to gain an unfair advantage, cheating and abusive behavior are prohibited and may lead to disqualification or account termination. Support reviews quiz-result and reward disputes using the available gameplay records, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments, refunds and cancellations

Completed coin purchases are final and non-refundable for discretionary reasons, subject to the exceptions in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Failed, duplicate or uncredited payments should be reported to support. Room cancellation credits follow the applicable in-app rules.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected and how it is used. You can request account deletion through the app or our account deletion page.

7. Responsible participation

Play responsibly, take regular breaks and stay within your financial limits. Quiz participation should not be treated as a substitute for income. Free practice rooms let you improve your knowledge without paying an entry fee.

8. Changes and your rights

Updates to these terms will be published with a revised date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
